EMMA WATSON BIOGRAPHY
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson lived in paris until the age of 5 and then moved with her mother and brother to Oxford England. She attended The Dragon School until June 2003 where she moved to Headington School, a private all-girl school.
In 1999 auditions began for the role of Hermione Granger in Harry Potter’s first installment ” Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone”. Emma’s Oxford Drama teacher passed her name to casting agents and she was taken into serious consideration for the role of Hermione. She out-performed 1000s of girls and really impressed the casting directors and producers. After 8 Auditions producer David Heyman told Emma Watson and fellow applicants Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint that they had been cast for the roles of Hermione Granger, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.
She has starred in every Harry Potter film since and every single one has been a success thanks to her’s and the rest of the cast’s brilliant performances.
Her work in the Harry Potter series has amassed her over £10 million and has admitted she may never have to work for money again despite of this she apparently still receives an allowance.
Emma Watson has a succesful school life and got good grades at examinations. Her interests are dancing, singing, field hockey, tennis and art. She has a cat called Bubbles and says Johnny Depp and Julia Roberts are her acting idols.
